Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a General Call Receptionist at SkinnyRX. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and assisting patients with their inquiries and subscriptions. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with call center software are essential.
Skills Required:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills

What We Offer:
