Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sales Expert to join our team at DHL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare quotations and contracts, including rate proposals and proposal writing.
- Support customer contacts by preparing essential customer documents.
- Assist in the customer planning and implementation process.
- Provide customer information to help identify and qualify sales leads.
- Analyze the Sales Index to drive performance.
- Prepare business reviews to assess strategy.
- Create sales reports, including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, and pipeline size, organized by customers.
