Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila, is a deluxe hotel situated in the heart of Manila’s financial district, just minutes from the international airport. We are currently seeking a Service Leader for our Kitchen at Circles Events Cafe.
As a Service Leader, you will:
- Maintain food preparation in line with Shangri-La’s service and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in daily operations.
- Foster a positive team environment.
Our ideal candidate should have a passion for Food & Beverage, experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel, and excellent communication skills in English. Must be willing to work shifts.
