Job Description
Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel located in the heart of Manila’s financial district, just minutes from the international airport.
As a Service Leader – Kitchen (Sage Grill), you will:
- Maintain food preparation processes to Shangri-La’s high standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
- Supervise kitchen personnel in your section.
- Assist with daily kitchen operations.
- Foster positive team relationships.
- Support the Sous Chef with operations.
We seek candidates who are passionate about Food & Beverage, enjoy interacting with people, and have experience in luxury restaurants or 5-star hotels.
