Job Description
UBIX Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting account visits or telemarketing of consumables to existing machines in the field.
- Monitoring consumption patterns and analyzing discrepancies.
- Following up with clients for consumables and ensuring timely delivery.
- Checking machine performance during monthly visits.
- Assisting clients with sales service concerns and coordinating with departments.
- Updating the database of existing installations.
- Participating in all sales-related meetings.
