Job Description
Position Title: Head, Fraud Detection and Prevention for Secured Portfolio and Credit Card E-Channel
Job Summary: Manage credit card fraud in e-channels for Metrobank App (MBOA) and Metrobank Online (MBO). Oversee KPIs and controls for fraud risk in cards and loans, optimizing tools such as Falcon.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business course
- 5+ years in fraud management
- Knowledge of credit card business systems
