Job Description
HOTBOX PHILIPPINES in Pasig City is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all production lines and maintaining quality output.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with managers to set objectives and requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organize workflow to meet specifications
- Supervise production personnel and resolve issues
- Ensure quality standards are met and enforce safety precautions
Requirements: Proven production management experience, strong leadership skills, and a BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
