Job Description
Job Purpose: This position involves post-payment and account follow-up for assigned Client Hospital Accounts Receivable. The AR Specialist Lead serves as a liaison between clinical auditors, hospital staff, and payers to ensure prompt claim payments while supporting Savista and mentoring junior staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years in medical collections/billing
- Expert knowledge of billing guidelines and contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 3 years in Epic Medical Record system
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
