Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of BPO Work Experience or 6 months from a Web Hosting Company
• At least 6 months experience in Sales (any industry)
• At least 6 months experience in a Tech Job

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer issues and upsell through phone interactions
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Utilize client-based tools for customer management
• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Achieve required performance metrics and goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php36,00.00 per month
