Job Description
VGSI is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in Santa Rosa, Laguna. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and must possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in analyzing and gathering business requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Experience in testing and user training support
- Collaborative skills for documenting business needs
- Creating and maintaining user stories and requirements
- Defining test cases and conducting SIT and UAT
- Creating user manuals and quick guides
Work Arrangement: 4 days onsite; 1 day WFH | Job Type: Full-time
