Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering Courses; BS Industrial Engineering and/or BS Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Production Supervisor in the Japanese electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in manpower management.
- Knowledgeable in FMEA, SPC, why-why analysis, OCAP, and Production Planning.
- Detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Location: LISP 1, Bo. Diezmo, City of Cabuyao, Laguna.
