Basic Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably with upselling and cross-selling experience.
- B2B or B2C experience is desirable.
- Fluent in Vietnamese.
- Good English communication skills.
- Amenable to working the graveyard shift.
- Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
- Can work in Mandaluyong and/or Quezon City site.
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to retain HMO customers.
- Respond to inquiries about the product/service offered.
