Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft Office 365 accounts comprehensively, ensuring all accounts are managed effectively.
• Assist in conducting webinar meetings, utilizing platforms like Zoom, Teams, and other online platforms.
• Deliver training sessions on using the Training Management System (TMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain meticulous documentation of licenses, cataloguing hardware, and software inventories.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant experience with qualifications like MCSE.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong technical background in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 10 & 11, and Office 365.
