Job Description
We are continuously looking for candidates for our team at AJR Human Resource Inc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact.
- Match customer demands to clients’ products and solutions.
- Influence customer buy-in and handle objections.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO/Customer Service experience required.
- HS/SHS/College graduate.
- Good to above communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work onsite.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
