Job Description:
- Monitor budgets and report performance.
- Process travel expense liquidation and payments.
- Prepare trip arrangements (hotel and transportation bookings).
- Handle purchasing requisitions and progress monitoring.
- Prepare and submit travel documents through SAP.
- Update the Project Obeya Board and timeline weekly.
- Create and submit memos.
- Schedule meetings with the working group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- 1 year of administrative work experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
