Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee plumbing projects, including new installations, upgrades, and renovations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Interpret plumbing blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope, materials needed, and layout requirements.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, including pipes, valves, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Conduct plumbing inspections and tests to identify issues, diagnose problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Train and supervise plumbing technicians and apprentices, providing guidance on proper techniques, safety practices, and code requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors to facilitate the completion of multi-disciplinary projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses for reporting and billing purposes.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations, resolving plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Procure plumbing materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay informed about advancements in plumbing technology, materials, codes, and regulations through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Valid Master Plumber license issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
• Proven experience as a Master Plumber or in a similar role, with a minimum of [insert number] years of relevant experience.
