Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents.
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals and ledgers.
- Compiling data and preparing financial reports.
- Providing support to the sales and marketing department.
- Resolving discrepancies and investigating questionable data.
- Performing basic office tasks such as answering phones and processing mail.
- Maintaining a database and ensuring records are current.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
