Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with our online ticketing platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Escalate complex problems to supervisors as needed.
- Safeguard customer information by following established protocols.
