Position Overview: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Track orders and provide updates on shipping and delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues related to orders and billing.
- Follow call center protocols and quality standards.
