Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about online streaming services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience is preferred but not essential.
- Able to work on-site and attend an on-site interview.
Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift (Day/Night shift available)
