Job Description

Swissotel Clark Philippines is seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee recruitment, on-boarding, expat visa processing, and provide administrative support within the Talent & Culture function.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads and manpower agencies to align recruitment strategies with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws.
• Strong recruitment best practices and ATS knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR.
