Position: Call Center Agent

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems as per Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- At least a high school graduate / ALS graduate / college graduate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00 – Php25,00 per month
