Job Description
Join CUSTOM SPORTS & LEISURE MANUFACTURING as an HR Officer!
Job Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end recruitment and endorse applicants for trade tests if necessary.
- Prepare files for newly hired employees and conduct orientations.
- Distribute performance evaluation forms and manage employee regularization.
- Draft employment contracts and job offers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Officer/Recruitment.
- Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php 17,500.00 per month
