Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
- Execute employee engagement activities and benefits administration.
- Monitor company policy implementation and disciplinary actions.
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, training matrix, and compensation concerns.
- Coordinate site requirements including shuttle and logistics.
- Lead employee engagement activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and assist with payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Pinagbuhatan Pasig for a 3-month fixed term.
