Job Overview: We are seeking an Administrative Staff to support our teams and various departments. You will ensure the efficient daily operations of each department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain records and files (hard or electronic copies).
- Review the accuracy of supporting documents.
- Monitor invoice-related activities and documents.
- Update inventory and create supply requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year work experience.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule: Fixed Day Shift
