Job Description
MCX International Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the fabrication of vehicle bodies, including dropside trucks, mini dumps, FB vans, and other custom-built vehicles. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Oversee production schedules for timely delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in production management, preferably in vehicle body fabrication.
