Job Description
Doughpro Manufacturing and Trading Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will prepare production planning, optimize raw materials usage, and manage manpower effectively to minimize costs.
Key responsibilities include maintaining efficiency standards, providing task instructions to subordinates, evaluating performance, and implementing GMP and 6S practices at all times. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month.
Benefits include company-sponsored events, training opportunities, and a Christmas gift.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary and overtime pay.
