Job Description
Join Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. as a Selling Department Supervisor!
Responsibilities:
- Customer service management
- Category building, including:
- Accountable for category sales achievement
- Maintain 100% customer service level
- Implement WalterMart standards
- Ensure safety and sanitation of the category
- Implement first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- Manage bad orders
- Execute promotions timely and accurately
- Update shelf tags
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Sales Management (1 year preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
