Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with clients’ products and services.
- Influence and recover from objections to achieve customer buy-in.
- Relay specific information to internal and external clients.
