Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with basic transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Accept cash and checks while maintaining order and accuracy.
- Verify customer identities and ensure proper documentation.
- Answer customer inquiries about accounts and bank services.
- Ensure the authenticity of cash and checks, and accurately record transactions.
- Count cash to ensure balances before and after shifts.
- Provide special services like printing account balances and issuing checks.
- Recommend products and refer customers to specialized staff.
- Record all transactions electronically and follow federal banking laws.
