Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Prepare position papers, pleadings, and manage claims.
- Provide legal guidance on organizational concerns.
- Represent the company during negotiations and legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with external counsel.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities.
