Job Description

Position Overview:
As a Billing Specialist, you will manage customer billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve account issues in a high-volume call center environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with bills, charges, and payment options.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments.
- Setup payment plans for customers when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on billing activities.
