Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process incoming orders from clients/customers.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams.
- Resolve order discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
- Analyze order data to identify process improvements.
- Generate order status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course.
- 1 year of experience in order management or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in computerized systems.
