Job Summary:
As a Mortgage Recruiter, you will identify, attract, and hire US Mortgage Loan Officers to support our growth at Loan Factory Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop recruitment strategies.
– Source candidates through various channels.
– Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
Qualifications:
– Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
– Experience in mortgage or financial services.
– Strong communication skills.
Salary: $200 per onboard Inexperienced Loan Officers, $500 per onboard Experienced Loan Officers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php10,00.00 per day
