Job Description

Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. As an Infrastructure Service Management professional at Accenture, you will:

• Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Ensure efficient delivery and control of service level agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management and 5 years in ITIL (certification preferred).
