Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Form E.
- Receive final orders from the Purchaser/Sales Department.
- Initiate the opening of the Letter of Credit.
- Monitor and coordinate with Customs representatives for the processing and delivery of imported tires.
- Prepare payments for freight charges.
- Maintain all related import documents.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in import and export operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
