Job Description
Rapid Technologies, Inc. is seeking to hire an IT Support professional. Established in 2020, we provide affordable, high-quality MAR Certified refurbished computers and laptops nationwide.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in IT Management, Computer Science, or NC II in Computer Systems Servicing
- Minimum of one year experience in IT Support
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware troubleshooting and software installation
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
