Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Computation of condo dues and other assessments
• Release monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA)
• Collection receipting and posting to accounting system
• Monitor collections and ensure timely deposits
• Follow up on delinquent payments
• Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Report

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business-related course
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good interpersonal skills
