Job Description:
The Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing Treasury functions such as preparation, monitoring, and recording of checks along with related tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare check vouchers for approval.
- Process checks in the absence of the Treasury Officer.
- Release checks weekly to accredited suppliers.
- Segregate checks from different branches and suppliers.
- Check liquidation of cash advances.
- Prepare requests for Official Receipts and Sales Invoices weekly.
Work Conditions:
Onsite work at Head Office in Greenhills, San Juan, 5-day workweek.
