Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Nurse Training Manager to join our team at QualiMed Hospital in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, performing orientations for new hires, identifying training needs, managing training aligned with DOH requirements, tracking updates, and checking competency skills.
QUALIFICATIONS: BS Nursing with a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 2.5 years of clinical experience, including supervisory and teaching experience.
Job Type: Full-time. Commute/Relocation: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
