Job Description:
The primary objective is to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in providing timely and accurate intelligence on collections and recovery performance. Responsibilities include overseeing department operations, compliance with policies, managing vendor functions, and driving strategies to control credit losses.
Qualifications:
- 8-13 years of experience in collections data, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with collection systems and predictive dialers is a plus.
Work Setup: 100% onsite, Metropark, Pasay City
