Position Title: Customer Service Associate

Work Setup: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Respond accurately and on time to service now tickets related to Time and Expense queries.
• Coordinate with different T&E towers for ticket resolution.
• Serve as gatekeeper to exceptions SharePoint.
• Generate daily dashboard reports.

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
