Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
• Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints within guidelines.
• Follow-Up: Ensure customer issues are resolved and confirmed.
• Documentation: Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Communication: Clearly communicate with customers about their issues.

Qualifications:

• College graduate in any business-related course.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
