Job Description

Job Description:

• Assist executives by managing correspondence, scheduling, and communications.
• Coordinate meetings, prioritize emails, prepare travel arrangements, and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend meetings in the executive’s absence and follow up on tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree; 2 years of Executive Assistant experience preferred.

Salary: Php25,00 – Php35,00/month

Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday
