Responsibilities:
- Managing other VAs
- Handling client care tasks
- Managing communication through appropriate channels
- Assisting with onboarding new properties and inputting data into Guesty
- Bringing the leadership team together and ensuring alignment
Experience and Proficiency:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience managing a team, either in a corporate setup or as a VA (IMPORTANT)
- Property management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Client care/customer service experience
