Job Description
Join Hilmarc’s Construction Corporation as a Document Controller!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring proper control of internal documents and records.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for easy access to the latest documents.
- Distributing internal correspondence and recording submissions.
- Printing and dispatching Purchase Orders (P.O) with required approvals.
- Updating purchase orders for monitoring purposes.
- Supporting the department with other related tasks.
This role complies with ISO 9001: current version – QMS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,500.00 per month
