Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, answer inquiries, and clarify processes.
- Coordinate with dealers and departments to address concerns.
- Troubleshoot issues per approved guidelines.
- Perform dealer audits for compliance.
- Monitor dealer performance on issue management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Communications, Business Management, or related course.
- 3 years of experience in customer relations (automotive industry a plus).
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday
