Alpha Aviation Group Philippines is seeking an IT Support Staff to resolve technical issues, set up user accounts, design and manage school ID layouts, perform laminating tasks, and maintain organized documentation. This role is essential for the efficient operation of IT systems while providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of IT Support experience required.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of laminating procedures preferred.
