Mega We Care is seeking a Business Unit Head – Urology & Respiratory to work closely with the Country Manager in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch a new Urology team and enter the Respiratory market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for insights and strategy.
• Manage the P&L for the business unit.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy & Postgraduate in Marketing.
• 15+ years in pharma sales/marketing, ideally in Urology/Respiratory.
• Proven experience in team management and P&L oversight.
