Position Summary: The Revenue Operations Trainer will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for onboarding new hires and improving training processes. This individual will be a subject matter expert in billing and revenue cycle operations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct all new hire onboarding training
- Provide ongoing training and assessments for current employees
- Assist leadership with mentoring and identifying process improvements
- Manage training materials and logistics
Qualifications:
